FRANK MCGOVERN

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Frank has been an advocate for seniors for 25 years. He’s a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Maryland and holds both a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in health care administration. He’s passionate about perfecting best practices and continuously improving the quality of care for residents.

JOHN GORMAN

DIRECTOR OF FACILITY OPERATIONS

John has been with BayWoods since October 2002. With 35 years of experience, he holds a 4th class engineering license. His jobs include overseeing safety management for the community, as well as supervising maintenance work and security. When he isn’t tending to the safety of residents, he can be found at his home on the Eastern Shore with his wife and three children.

JIM HARRINGTON

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Since 1993, Jim has focused his career on the senior living industry. He holds a master’s degree in health service management/ Health Administration. Jim is partial to the Annapolis area, as his grandfather was a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy. He works tirelessly cementing relationships with external health providers and vendors to promote and create the healthiest atmosphere possible for our residents. His attention to marketing and sales for each level of care involves a great deal of interaction with many area hospitals, Physicians and other healthcare and community members. Jim hosts many events held at BayWoods to promote and educate the community at large.

BECKY CROSBY

DIRECTOR OF RESIDENT SERVICES

Becky has been serving the needs of BayWoods residents since 2003. Her principal job is to maintain a high level of quality in the activities our residents enjoy. She promotes wellness through fitness, clubs, communication, and easy transportation for residents. She’s an Annapolis native and a graduate of Virginia Tech. She lives on the Eastern Shore with her husband and daughter.

HEATHER WARBLE

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Heather has over 26 years of healthcare accounting and finance experience with the majority of these years within the Long Term Care and Assisted Living setting. She has a BS in Accounting and Finance from the University of MD College Park. Heather also is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland. Heather is married and lives in Howard County.

WENDY UTZ

DIRECTOR OF HEALTH AND WELLNESS​

Wendy proudly serves BayWoods’ community as the Director of Health and Wellness/Administrator where she oversees the Residential Service Agency (RSA), Assisted Living and the Skilled Nursing units located within the Health Care Center. With over 35 years of experience, Wendy has dedicated her career to the post-acute care setting and care of seniors. As both a Nursing Home Administrator and Registered Nurse, Wendy proudly teams with colleagues to enhance, and as needed, elevate standards of care netting desired outcomes.

KRISTA WATTS​

DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES

Krista Watts joined the BayWoods of Annapolis team in 2021 as the Director of Human Resources. In addition to more than 10 years of HR and leadership experience, Krista brings a depth of knowledge, understanding, and emotional intelligence that are vital to the current landscape of work and culture. Krista’s creativity has allowed her devise real and sustainable solutions to complex business problems within various ecosystems and industries. Krista has a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from Coppin State University and is committed to the delivery of outstanding customer service to the employees and residents of Baywoods of Annapolis.
